With the right air ratio, your gas will burn more completely and efficiently which results in less wasted energy. Conversely, if there is not enough air then the gas will partly burn, and this can create pollution. Size : This is the size of gasifier that will help for in output shape. For instance, more gas is needed to run an engine or generator than a very small gasifier will produce. On the other hand, if it were too big of a gasifier that could actually result in reduced energy efficiency and not be able to function well at all.
